Yoga

Keeping your mind, body and spirit in tune

Take a nice deep breath in through the nose, and now exhale it all out. Yoga is more than movement and posture, it is a way of life. When teaching a yoga class, I like to talk about all 8 limbs of this sacred practice, and inspire growth, change and opportunity on and off the yoga mat. In a Good Apple yoga class we will practice coupling stillness and flow with our breath and senses.

  • Studio Classes

I have over 5 years experience teaching vinyasa, slow flow and yin yoga classes in fitness studios around Boston and Worcester, MA. My classes offer student a chance to connect within and find growth and diversity throughout their bodies.

  • Outdoor Classes

Sprouting the Summer of 2020, I began offering free yoga classes in various parks throughout Boston, as well as in my back yard. These classes consist of challenging the mind and body with powerful flows and relaxing holds.

  • Virtual Yoga

COVID-19 prompted me to begin offering virtual yoga classes via private Zoom 2-3 times a week. I opened my teaching to those looking for more ways to move at home, or those just looking for a nice break in their day.

  • 1-to-1 and Personal Yoga

I am able to give personal attention to your goals in a one-to-one or small group session. If you're healing from injury, booking an event, or want to take your personal practice to the next level, contact me directly for more information on specific services.
